His background further includes achievement in implementing significant change management initiatives and business turnaround strategies during his association with prominent companies in the Financial Sector.

He has been associated with Packages Group since 2010 in various leading roles. Prior to his assignment as the Chief Executive of IGI Securities, he served as the CEO of IGI Investment Bank and earlier as Group CFO - IGI overseeing IGI Insurance, IGI Investment Bank and IGI Securities.
